Provoc is a Middle Eastern cosmetic Brand that has only been in the UK since June 2014.

These Gel Pencils which you can wear as a Eye liner or blend to wear as Eye Shadow. Due to the fact they it is made from Gel it is easily pliable and lovely to colour blend.What is so different about the Provoc Gel Pencils? They are Semi Permanent and Waterproof. What does that actually mean? Once you have applied them they will not fade, smudge or come off until you have removed it with Make Up Remover or any Oil based remover. You could therefore go swimming and your makeup will still be intact.

When you are applying your liners it needs to be on a dry surface.

If you have applied cream or foundation you will need to ensure you powder first so it is not an oily surface.

Once you have applied the Gel Liner you will have a short period of time to blend and smudge to the look you require.

Once the gel dries it will become waterproof and you will need to remove with Make-up remover.

They are pencils so you can sharpen them with a cosmetic sharpener. We recommend not sharpening them too much so as to expose too much nib so you get better use of them.

If pencil does not glide the nib may have dried out slightly so all you need to do is sharpen it a bit.

Apply from 1 corner to another and try not to go over the already dried surface to avoid over drying and breaking up the waterproof seal.
