This is a PROVOC Cosmetic Pencil Sharpener which is sharp enough to get your point back on your Gel Pencils. There is also a hand cleaner stick which clips on the bottom of the sharpener. Use the cleaner stick to clean the blade of an nib thats left behind after sharpening.
